Use advertisements to critique social constructs by taking ads that you feel compelled to alter. Consider how you can change the words, add speech bubbles, captions and juxtaposing imagery. These reimagined advertisements can be used as a collection to make an overarching statement or be done individually.
Tips: Consider what audience you are targeting. Who is being critiqued in the piece? When displaying it, which locations might make a statement if you posted the piece there? How can the display enhance its meaning?
